Hi, I’m Naiha Ahmed
I’m a Technical Business Analyst working at the intersection of business, data and technology. I specialise in understanding complex problems, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and working across teams to help shape scalable, well-designed solutions.
My work has taken me from digital optimisation and A/B testing to enterprise data initiatives, where I collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Platform Design Architects, Data Scientists and business stakeholders. My experience spans data requirements, SQL, ETL and end-to-end data flows, logical data modelling, data contracts and near real-time data, giving me an increasingly architecture-focused view of how data moves through and supports an organisation.
A large part of what I bring, however, is the ability to work with people as well as technology. I’ve worked with stakeholders across different levels and disciplines, navigating competing priorities, asking the right questions and creating clarity between business and technical teams. I enjoy being the person who can understand the details while keeping sight of the bigger picture, bringing people together around a shared problem and helping move it towards a solution.
Problem-solving is also what led me to entrepreneurship.
I became increasingly interested in a very human problem: in a world where we are more connected than ever, why has finding meaningful connection become so difficult?
Technology has made meeting people easier in some ways, but dating apps can also make connection feel increasingly disposable. Even among accomplished professionals who have built successful careers and fulfilling lives, many are still searching for the right person to share that life with.
It felt like a problem worth trying to solve.
That thinking led me to co-found Unscripted Stories, a business I’m building alongside my professional career to create a safe, intentional space for singles looking for a life partner to step away from the apps and meet people in real life. Building the business has given me the opportunity to take a problem I care about and turn an idea into something tangible: shaping the proposition, building a brand, making decisions and creating something from the ground up.
But my story isn’t only about technology.
Outside of work and business, creativity has always been an important part of who I am.
I love travelling and documenting my experiences through vlogs, as well as fashion, beauty and finding new ways to create and express ideas.
What connects all of these parts of my life is curiosity.
Whether I’m untangling a complex data problem, building a business or creating something simply because I enjoy it, I’m drawn to understanding how things work, making them better and turning ideas into something meaningful.
